About this event
The Solomon Islands Senior Executive Women in Leadership Program was delivered across four days on 16, 18, 23 and 25 July 2024 at Heritage Park Hotel.
Eligibility criteria
- Applicants were required to hold a mid- to senior-level managerial position within their organisation and have at least 10 years of work experience.
- Applicants were required to commit to attending all four days of the program.
- Registrations from employed participants required endorsement from their employer or supervisor.
Program fees
- ISIA, SIWIBA and SICCI members: SBD 6,800 per participant.
- General and non-members: SBD 7,500 per participant.
The fee included admission to the Solomon Islands Senior Executive Women in Leadership Program.
Participant support
Participants were invited to advise the organisers of any accessibility needs or special dietary requirements.
Evaluation and monitoring
Participants were asked to complete surveys at the beginning and end of the program. The surveys assessed participants’ knowledge, skills and satisfaction with the course content and delivery, helping the organisers improve future programs and measure the program’s impact.
Participants and their employers could also be invited to follow-up interviews approximately six months after the program to discuss how the acquired knowledge and skills had been applied in the workplace.
